Please note that all custom pieces are unique, intricate, and handcrafted with care. Because of this, handmade jewelry requires time to create.

Processing for custom orders can take up to 5 weeks, excluding shipping time.

If your order includes multiple items, including non-custom pieces, all items will be shipped together once the customized piece is complete.

During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few additional days.

You will receive an additional confirmation email within 24–48 hours after placing your order only if we need to confirm the spelling of your name or if it was not provided in Arabic.
